Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 8-10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays outside our control.

Duties and taxes
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Delivery issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at email within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
